Return or exchange of custom non-stock products may be limited to a case-by-case basis. The products will only be accepted in new condition (with their original trademark, manual, and accessories that were included).
In the event that you receive a defective product, we will organize an exchange for you, subject to availability, if we receive your return to our office within 7 business days upon receipt of the product. This does not confer the right to a full refund but to a fair replacement to an equivalent as soon as reasonably practicable. Under no circumstances shall CASE-DATA (S) PTE LTD be made liable for more than the amount paid to us by you, but only to a fair resolution.
We do not provide warranty and/or maintenance of certain custom non-stock and consumable products.
